Ingredients

28 Wonton sheets

220 grams of Ground pork

1 Green onion

3 Garlic clove

2 tablespoons of Soy sauce

1 pinch of Salt

1 liter of Chicken or pork broth

2 Ginger slices

2 tablespoons of Soy sauce

1 tablespoon of Soy sauce

½ teaspoon of Ground ginger

2 Fresh green onions

Ground black pepper

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, mix ground pork, finely chopped green onion, soy sauce, ginger, and a bit of cornstarch.

Step 2 : Then, roll out a wonton dough sheet and place a small ball of the filling in the center, fold the wonton closed, and press the edges with a fork.

Step 3 : In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a gentle boil with chopped green onions, ginger slices, 2 garlic cloves, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce for 5 minutes.

Step 4 : Once cooked, remove the garlic and ginger, and adjust the salt if necessary.

Step 5 : Add the wontons and let cook over low heat for 7 minutes.

Step 6 : Finally, serve the hot dish in individual bowls and garnish with finely chopped green onion.
