Ingredients

450 grams of Tofu

10 grams of Winter bamboo shoots

50 grams of Chicken breast

25 grams of Cooked ham

25 grams of Shiitake mushrooms

15 grams of Lettuce

1 pinch of Salt

3 grams of Monosodium glutamate

Preparation

Step 1 : Monk Wensi started by peeling the tofu and then blanching it in boiling water to remove any odors and the yellowish water it might contain.

Step 2 : The shiitake mushrooms were carefully cleaned, removing the stems and slicing them into thin strips.

Step 3 : The bamboo shoots were peeled, washed, and boiled until tender; then, they were sliced into thin strips.

Step 4 : The chicken breast was cooked and sliced into thin strips, along with the ham.

Step 5 : The lettuce leaves were washed and blanched in boiling water before being sliced into thin strips.

Step 6 : The mushrooms were steamed in a clear soup until tender, then placed in a bowl.

Step 7 : Meanwhile, a chicken broth was prepared, to which the vegetables, meat, and ham were added, seasoned with salt and monosodium glutamate.

Step 8 : In another pot, the broth was heated and the sliced tofu added.

Step 9 : The dish was served in a bowl when the tofu strands floated on the surface, ready to enjoy.
