Shrimp and Salmon Soup

Ingredients

100 grams of Shrimp

1 Fresh salmon piece previously frozen

200 grams of Chinese noodles

1 Garlic clove

½ Spring onion

1 tablespoon of Soy sauce

½ tablespoon of Sesame oil

1 teaspoon of Ground ginger

250 milliliters of Sparkling water

Preparation

Step 1 : Peel the shrimp and remove the skin from the salmon.

Step 2 : In a skillet with a drop of oil, lightly fry the shrimp heads and skins.

Step 3 : Add water and the salmon skin and let it simmer for 8 minutes once it starts boiling.

Step 4 : Mince the garlic as finely as possible and chop the spring onion.

Step 5 : Meanwhile, cook the Chinese noodles in a pot with water and salt.

Step 6 : In a skillet with olive oil, sauté the garlic with the ginger over low heat and just before they turn brown, add the spring onion.

Step 7 : Stir and add the chopped shrimp and salmon.

Step 8 : Finally, add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and water.

Step 9 : When it starts to boil, add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 10 : Serve the soup hot.
