Ingredients

2 liters of Broth

170 grams of Ground pork

57 grams of Rice noodles

2 Scallions

1 tablespoon of Bacon

1 teaspoon of Salt

2 teaspoons of Soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the meatballs, mix the ground meat with cornstarch, season with salt and pepper to taste, and shape into balls.

Step 2 : Next, in a skillet with enough hot oil, fry the meatballs for about 4 minutes or until golden.

Step 3 : Once ready, remove them from the heat and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Step 4 : Then, chop the scallions into small pieces and rinse the rice noodles with hot water.

Step 5 : Once drained, add them to a pot with boiling broth and let them cook for approximately 3 minutes.
