Ingredients

1 cup of Chicken livers, hearts, and gizzards

28 grams of Chinese lettuce or spinach

1 Ginger slice

2 teaspoons of Salt

6 cups of Boiling water

1 tablespoon of Soy sauce

½ teaspoon of Sugar

1 teaspoon of Cornstarch

1 tablespoon of Vegetable oil

½ teaspoon of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The gizzards are cut into pieces and mixed with the chicken hearts and livers, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, vegetable oil, and pepper.

Step 2 : In a pot, heat a little oil and fry the ginger with the salt for half a minute.

Step 3 : Add 6 cups of boiling water and, once it starts to boil gently, incorporate the roughly chopped cabbage leaves and the chicken liver mixture.

Step 4 : Cover and let cook for 30 minutes.
