Ingredients

4 Sweet corn cobs

¼ Onion

1 Chalota bulb

1 Garlic clove

1 Ginger slice

¼ pound of Pork meat

3 Eggs

1 tablespoon of Vegetable oil

1 teaspoon of Salt

1 teaspoon of Pepper

1 tablespoon of Soy sauce

1 teaspoon of Cornstarch

6 cups of Boiling water

Preparation

Step 1 : First, grind the pork meat and then add the cornstarch, oil, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of water.

Step 2 : Then, scrape the corn kernels from the cobs into a bowl using a sharp knife.

Step 3 : Next, mash the ginger, garlic, onion, and chalota.

Step 4 : In a pot, heat a little oil and fry the ginger, onion, garlic, chalota, and salt for 1 minute.

Step 5 : Then, add the 6 cups of water and incorporate the corn kernels.

Step 6 : Cover the pot and bring the soup to a boil for 10 minutes.

Step 7 : Add the meat mixture to the soup, cover again, and let cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 8 : Remove the pot from the heat, uncover, and add the beaten eggs, stirring the soup before serving.
