Ingredients

½ Chopped chicken

1 cup of Rice

50 grams of Raw manioc

1 Soja cream sheet soaked

4 Chinese mushrooms

1 tablespoon of Ginger sliced into strips

2 liters of Water

Chopped scallion

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large pot, place the seasoned chicken and add water, bringing it to a boil and cooking for an hour.

Step 2 : Then, add the ginger strips, Chinese mushrooms, soaked soja cream sheet, raw manioc, and rice.

Step 3 : Season to taste and cook until the rice bursts in the hot soup.

Step 4 : Finally, serve and sprinkle with chopped scallion.
