Ingredients
300 grams of Soybean Sprouts
50 grams of Peas
50 grams of Mushrooms
200 grams of Spinach
30 grams of Chinese Noodles
1 Carrot
1 Celery Stalk
¼ Onion
¾ Chicken Broth
1 kilogram of Shrimp or Fish
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the noodles for 5 minutes until al dente.
Step 2 : Drain and set aside.
Step 3 : Place the fish or shrimp over medium heat for 20 minutes, season to taste with salt and pepper, then add the chicken broth and vegetables.
Step 4 : Bring to a boil immediately, add the noodles and mushrooms, and remove from heat.
Step 5 : Serve hot, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, and add a boiled egg.
