200 grams of Flour
2 Eggs
1 Yolk
⅛ teaspoon of Salt
½ teaspoon of Baking soda
130 grams of Sugar
60 grams of Maltose
50 milliliters of Water
¼ cup of Cornstarch

Step 1 : To prepare these delicious honey cracker sticks, start by beating the egg and adding the salt, flour, and baking powder.
Step 2 : Knead the mixture until you get a smooth dough.
Step 3 : Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Step 4 : After this time, knead it again and shape it into a ball to rest for an hour.

Step 6 : In a pan with hot oil, fry the strips until they are lightly golden.
