1 Egg

15 grams of Sugar

15 grams of Vinegar

200 grams of Oil

15 grams of Sesame oil

10 grams of Soy sauce

5 grams of Salt

5 grams of Wine

15 grams of Cornstarch

1 Sichuan pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Cut the pork into thin strips and mix with wine and salt.
