Ingredients

450 grams of Pork meat

1 tablespoon of Soy sauce

½ Egg

1 tablespoon of Cornstarch

4 tablespoons of Water

½ Onion

2 Carrots

1 Red bell pepper

1 Green bell pepper

Oil

½ teaspoon of Salt

1 ½ tablespoon of Tomato puree

2 tablespoons of Sugar

2 tablespoons of White vinegar

1 tablespoon of Sherry

2 tablespoons of Soy sauce

1 teaspoon of Cornstarch

4 tablespoons of Water

1 tablespoon of Orange juice

Vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1 : Cut the pork into large cubes and marinate with salt and soy sauce for 1 hour.

Step 2 : Then, mix the egg, cornstarch, and water in a bowl and coat the pork pieces with this mixture.

Step 3 : Finely chop the onion and cut the bell peppers and carrots into strips.

Step 4 : In a wok with a bit of hot oil, sauté the carrots, bell peppers, and the remaining vegetables for 5 minutes.

Step 5 : Fry the pork in plenty of hot oil and set aside on paper towels.

Step 6 : Meanwhile, mix the sugar, tomato puree, white vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry, orange juice, and water in a bowl.

Step 7 : Heat the sauce, stirring with a spoon until it thickens.

Step 8 : Once the vegetables are ready in the wok, add the pork and sauce, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Step 9 : Finally, serve with rice.
