Ingredients

1 kilogram of Pork meat

5 tablespoons of Hoisin sauce

50 milliliters of Chinese rice wine

4 tablespoons of Soy sauce

2 tablespoons of Oyster sauce

1 tablespoon of Dark soy sauce

3 tablespoons of Honey

2 tablespoons of Brown sugar

1 tablespoon of Chinese five-spice powder

1 teaspoon of White pepper

Star anise

Bay leaves

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, mix the hoisin sauce, honey, sugar, rice wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, five-spice powder, and pepper in a bowl.

Step 2 : Then add the pork, mix well, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 3 : Next, preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F), place the pork on a tray, and bake each side for 10 minutes.

Step 4 : Then turn off the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Step 5 : To make the sauce, put the marinade in a skillet and cook over low heat until it reduces.

Step 6 : Set aside the sauce.

Step 7 : Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the oven, cut into small pieces, serve, and drizzle the sauce over it along with some sesame seeds.
