Ingredients

250 grams of Mixed ground meat

2 Garlic cloves

3 tablespoons of Oyster sauce

1 teaspoon of Sesame oil

1 tablespoon of Soy sauce

Oil

3 teaspoons of Spicy chili paste

750 grams of Firm tofu

2 Fresh scallions

50 milliliters of Chicken broth

1 teaspoon of Chopped chives

1 tablespoon of Ketchup

3 tablespoons of Potato flour

1 pinch of Salt

Ajinomoto (MSG)

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, combine the meat, oyster sauce, soy sauce, a pinch of salt, sugar, MSG, and sesame oil; mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and dice the garlic and scallions, setting them aside.

Step 3 : Dissolve the potato flour in a little cold water and set aside.

Step 4 : In a wok with a little oil, sauté the garlic and scallions until golden.

Step 5 : Then add the meat and cook.

Step 6 : Add the broth, chili paste, and ketchup, and let it cook for one minute.

Step 7 : Next, add the dissolved potato flour, stirring to thicken.

Step 8 : Add the tofu and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 9 : Finally, serve and garnish with chopped chives.
