Ingredients

3 Lobsters

2 Eggs

115 grams of Pork meat

1 teaspoon of Ginger

1 Green onion

2 tablespoons of Sherry

1 tablespoon of Soy sauce

½ teaspoon of Salt

1 teaspoon of Sugar

½ teaspoon of Cornstarch

3 teaspoons of Water

Preparation
