Beef with Vegetables
Ingredients

400 grams of Beef
½ tablespoon of Cornstarch
1 Spring onion
1 Onion
1 Broccoli
1 Bell pepper
½ tablespoon of Honey
1 A splash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of Soy sauce
1 teaspoon of Water
½ tablespoon of Rice wine
2 Garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of Soy sauce
Ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of Cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1 : Cut the beef into strips and place in a bowl to marinate for 30 minutes with cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, water, honey, and rice wine.
Step 2 : Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and thinly slice the spring onions.
Step 3 : Coarsely chop the onion, cut the bell pepper, and remove the thick stalk from the broccoli.
Step 4 : In a wok, pour a little oil and add the spring onions and garlic.
Step 5 : Cook until they are transparent, then add the beef without the marinade liquid.
Step 6 : Mix one tablespoon of cornstarch, black pepper, and one tablespoon of soy sauce with the marinade liquid.
Step 7 : Mix well to obtain a sauce.
Step 8 : Add the vegetables once the beef is sealed, then pour in the sauce.
Step 9 : Cook until the vegetables are tender.
