In a pot, combine white sugar with osmanthus flowers and let it marinate overnight.
The next day, add more sugar and let it marinate for 5 hours.
Before finishing, cure the jar with spirits, add the flowers and rock sugar, and store for 1 year.

Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, add a little white sugar and mix well with the osmanthus flowers after removing their stems.
Step 2 : Then, place the flowers in a dry, cool, and ventilated place to marinate overnight.
Step 3 : The next day, add more sugar to the pot with the osmanthus flowers, mix well, and let it marinate for an additional 5 hours.
Step 4 : A few days before completing the preparation, pour a little spirits into the jar where the liquor will be poured, shake well to cure the jar and ensure the mixture of flowers with alcohol is properly integrated.
Step 5 : Then, add the osmanthus flowers and rock sugar into the jar before pouring in the liquor.
Step 6 : Seal the jar hermetically and store in a cool, dry place for 1 year.
