Ingredients

200 grams of Spring roll wrappers

1 Beaten egg

2 tablespoons of Oil

2 tablespoons of Garlic paste

150 grams of Shredded crab sticks

125 grams of Peeled, finely chopped shrimp

125 grams of Ground pork

125 grams of Rice noodles, blanched and cut

125 grams of Finely chopped mushrooms

2 tablespoons of Oriental fish sauce

2 tablespoons of Light soy sauce

1 teaspoon of Sugar

5 Finely chopped scallions

1 Large seedless chili

1 Lime slices

Basil leaves

Preparation

Step 1 : In a wok, add a little oil and, once hot, add the garlic paste to sauté for 1 minute.

Step 2 : Then add the crab, shrimp, and pork, cooking for 12 minutes.

Step 3 : Next, add the rice noodles, mushrooms, soy sauce, sugar, and scallions, and cook for another 5 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.

Step 4 : Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 5 : Then, separate the wrappers and cover with a cloth to soften.

Step 6 : Next, place two tablespoons of filling on each wrapper and brush the edges with egg.

Step 7 : Proceed to fold and roll the wrapper, brushing the top edge with egg to seal the roll.

Step 8 : Set aside on a cloth.

Step 9 : In a wok with well-heated oil, fry the rolls until golden.

Step 10 : Once golden, remove and place on absorbent paper.

Step 11 : Serve with chili slices, lime wedges, and basil leaves.
