Frog Legs
Ingredients
12 Pairs of frog legs
6 Green peppers, seedless and chopped
2 Hot chili peppers
2 Garlic cloves
2 teaspoons of Ginger
1 tablespoon of Fermented black soybeans
4 tablespoons of Water
½ teaspoon of Cornstarch dissolved in water
Oil
2 teaspoons of Sugar
4 teaspoons of Soy sauce
1 pinch of Monosodium glutamate
Sesame oil
2 tablespoons of Rice wine
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet with hot oil, fry the frog legs for 2 minutes, then remove and set aside.
Step 2 : Remove excess oil from the skillet, leaving about 3 tablespoons.
Step 3 : Next, sauté the chopped chili peppers, garlic, ginger, and fermented soybeans.
Step 4 : Add the green peppers and sauté until al dente.
Step 5 : Then, add the frog legs to the skillet, along with water, sugar, soy sauce, and a pinch of monosodium glutamate.
Step 6 : Allow to cook for 2 minutes.
Step 7 : To finish, mix the cornstarch, water, sesame oil, and rice wine, and pour into the skillet when it starts to boil.
Step 8 : Wait for the sauce to thicken slightly and serve hot.
