Ingredients

½ kilogram of Eel

300 grams of Celery

1 Piece of ginger

2 Red peppers

½ teaspoon of Salt

½ teaspoon of Monosodium glutamate

½ teaspoon of Sugar

½ teaspoon of Cornstarch

1 tablespoon of Soy sauce

3 cups of Oil

1 teaspoon of Vinegar

1 tablespoon of Sesame oil

½ tablespoon of Spicy soy paste

1 tablespoon of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : The eel is cut into pieces about 5 cm long, the celery into 3 cm pieces, the ginger julienned, and the pepper into 3 cm strips.

Step 2 : Then, all ingredients are mixed, except for the oil and soy paste.

Step 3 : Next, heat the oil in a skillet and fry the eel for 30 seconds.

Step 4 : Afterward, remove the eel and drain excess oil.

Step 5 : In the same skillet, sauté the ginger, pepper, soy paste, and celery with 2 tablespoons of oil until al dente.

Step 6 : Following that, add the eel, cook until everything is well heated, and serve.
