Ingredients

500 grams of Ground meat (beef and pork)

2 Medium onions

3 Garlic cloves

Vinegar

Sunflower oil

Soy sauce

2 Ground cloves

Black pepper

1 tablespoon of Honey

400 grams of Wheat flour

20 grams of Sugar

10 grams of Fresh yeast

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and fresh yeast to make the dough, cover it, and let it rest for 45 minutes.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, sauté the onion and garlic in a pan; then add the meat and other ingredients.

Step 3 : Reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes, then set aside.

Step 4 : On a clean, floured surface, place the 20 dough balls, roll them out, and put a spoonful of filling in the center of each disc.

Step 5 : Fold and seal the dumplings by lifting the edges.

Step 6 : Steam the jiaozi over parchment paper for 10 minutes.

Step 7 : After that time, wait 1 minute and open the steamer.

Step 8 : Serve the jiaozi hot, accompanied by soy sauce.
